SAS EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY (shipping below)
To process a SAS refund, please include a note with all details of your return inside including your order number. Please note: if you do not write your name or order number in the exchange/refund parcel, we may not be able to identify your parcel. We hold no responsibility if there is no information inside.
SAS do not issue paper returns slips inside your parcel. We like to save the planet, any way we can.
UK: An item is eligible for a refund if it is posted within 30 days of the DESPATCH DATE. I.e. we look at the date we despatched your order and the date on the parcel (the date you posted it back). If those are within 30 days we will accept the refund. An exchange is accepted up to 60 days after purchase. If 60 days have gone by since your order was despatched, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Outside UK: An item is eligible for a refund up to 40 days after the despatch date. An exchange is accepted up to 60 days after purchase. If 60 days have gone by since your item was despatched, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The following items are not eligible for a refund or exchange; gift cards; custom orders.
The following items are not eligible for a refund but are eligible for an exchange: Reduced/sale items.
Your order is eligible for a refund if it is posted up to 30 days after despatch date, i.e. if there is less than 30 days between the date of despatch and the date you send it back. Once your return is received and checker for damage, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection then your refund. If approved, the refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days to process a refund.
We are very happy to exchange items for a different size/length or something else entirely. Please return to the address below with your name and what you would like to exchange for written inside. If something is damaged and you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we can sort it out for you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and for exchanges to different products. We cover shipping costs where the exchange is for a different size, except for international orders where you will be. asked to cover it. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that if the address the exchange is to be sent to differs from the original address, this must be written on the note.
Deals and discounts:
For an items included free as part of a deal, both items must be returned for a full refund. Otherwise, the cost of the free item is taken from your refund.

Why do we not offer express shipping? We are a small business and we do not hold a large amount of stock therefore we do not have the capacity to ship express.
